Types of Warranties Offered
Standard Return to Depot Warranty
With our standard Return to Depot Warranty, if your device is not functioning properly, Vecmar will provide you with a shipping label to return the device to our facility. After it is received, Vecmar’s highly-trained technicians will completely
disassemble, inspect, and evaluate all the components of your device and return it to you at original factory specifications. Repairs generally take 1-3 days, not including shipping time.
Advanced Exchange Warranty
Should your company need immediate replacement of a nonfunctional device, Vecmar’s Advanced Exchange Warranty would be best for you. With our Advanced Exchange Warranty, after a nonfunctional device is reported to our customer service team, an immediate, previously remanufactured, replacement will be sent by next business day. Along with the
replacement, you will receive a shipping label to return your nonfunctional device.
